The staff was very friendly and helpful, they're available 24h/day. When my own Japanese failed they were nice to find an online translator. They offer free hygiene products, bathrobes and more.

Good location, near shopping street, a lot of food and shopping mall around, near the train station. Staff was nice and helpful, they can speak English well.

Good location in Omiya, close enough to Tokyo and sightseeing in Saitama. We were able to visit the Train Museum very easily!

It is a very basic room to stay for a night. Nothing is special nor amazing but convenient if you are taking a train that leaves in the early morning.

Location was great being close to the train station with lots of interesting shopping and food available nearby. The standard of cleanliness is superb. On site coin laundry a plus.
